| Description: | Fahs Construction Group has a multi-decade relationship with Borg Warner. Over the years we have maintained their entire complex of roadways, and parking lots for a facility that employs more than 3,000 people at the Ithaca Campus. Fahs Construction has done design/ build projects for parking lot expansions from 12 to 120 car parking. We have milled and repaved all roadways during a multi-year plan. Every parking lot has been repaired, and resurfaced. We then maintained them with crackfilling and a sealing program that has extended the life of the pavement and reduced replacement costs in the long term.
We have assisted in various remodel and improvement projects inside the buildings and out. Our Asphalt Paving division has assisted the customer by providing them with five year plans, budgets, and design work. This allows them to plan and maintain their facilities planning and capitol budgets far into the future.
