This 3 story 95,000 square foot extended stay hotel consisted of wood frame construction with a shingle roof system, a painted Exterior Insulation Finish System with stone trim and vinyl siding. The hotel interior included 135 suites (studio, one and two bedroom with full kitchens), meeting rooms, a restaurant with kitchen area, an indoor pool and spa, as well as an elevator. The building had an automatic sprinkler and fire alarm system, individual thru-wall and vertical heating and air conditioning units in the rooms and air-handling units with remote condensers for the common areas.

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, Poughkeepsie, NY
This 5 story 90,000 square foot Hampton Inn and Suite hotel consists of metal frame walls and hollow core plank floors and roof with a painted Exterior Insulated Finish System. The hotel has 129 guess rooms. All rooms have kitchenettes and eight rooms have Jacuzzis. There are two executive meeting rooms, a great room with kitchen area, an indoor pool and spa, as well as two hydraulic elevators serving all floors. The building has an automatic sprinkler and fire alarm system, individual thru-wall and vertical heating and air conditioning units in the rooms and air-handling units with remote condensers for the common areas.
