The General Construction Division has grown steadily for 19 years and focuses on public and private general construction projects as well as development general construction work. Court Street Companies, as it was known then, was responsible for the development and construction of senior living facilities, from there the division has expanded to handle major projects in a competitive market place. This division specializes in commercial and institutional projects. Our history of work includes schools, hospitals, military installations, wastewater treatment plants, pre-engineered metal buildings, athletic facilities, hotels and of course senior living centers and assisted living facilities.
This division is currently performing over 60 million dollars worth of general construction work. Our expanding list of repeat customers includes the Dormitory Authority for the State of New York, the State University Construction Fund, the City of Binghamton, many area schools, universities and businesses. We routinely self-perform over 50% of the project to control project cost as well as schedule.
